Title Holder Changes

Have you settled your vehicle in full with the financial institution that financed it? You now need to change the Title Holder from the bank or finance house into your name.

PLEASE NOTE: Service fees do not include the actual license department fees. Department fees are R82.00 for the registration certificate as well as the relevant license fee pertaining to your vehicle.

Payment

After completing the online form below you will be presented with a quote. Should the quote be accepted, various payment methods will be presented. These include:

• Credit Card
• EFT Payments (for your convenience, you will be directed to your banking site)

Delivery

Is typically within 5 to 7 working days to your home or office. Should there be a delay for whatever reason, a Qing Services Representative will notify you of the status and expected time of delivery.

Supporting documentation required

• Original registration certificate (also known as NATIS Document)
• If South African citizen or resident, either a scanned Copy of ID, a valid SA Passport or you SA Drivers License
• If foreign, a scanned copy of a Traffic Register Certificate is required
• Importantly NO Roadworthy Certificate (R.W.C) is required
• Signed NCO (Notice of Change of Ownership) and Settlement Letter from Bank
