Vehicle Registration

Have you just bought a new or used vehicle, bike, quad or trailer? You now need to get it registered into your name. Allow us to do this for you.

We will collect all the necessary documentation and deliver the completed Registration Certificate and Licence to either your home or office.

Service Cost R399 (Incl. vat)

All costs include collection and delivery charges

PLEASE NOTE: Service fees do not include the actual license department fees. Department fees are R82 for the registration certificate as well as the relevant license fee pertaining to your vehicle.

Payment

After completing the renewal form below you will be presented with a quote. Should the quote be accepted, various payment methods will be presented. These include:

• Credit Card
• EFT Payments (for your convenience, you will be directed to your banking site)

Delivery

Is typically within 5 to 7 working days to your home or office. Should there be a delay for whatever reason, a Qing Services Representative will notify you of the status and expected time of delivery.

Supporting documentation required

• Original registration certificate (also known as NATIS Document)
• If South African citizen or resident, either a scanned Copy of ID, a valid SA Passport or your SA Drivers License
• If foreign, a scanned copy of a Traffic Register Certificate is required
• Roadworthy certificate (required if a second hand vehicle and hasn’t been "roadworthied" in the last 6 months)
• Signed NCO (Notification of Change of Ownership) from Seller
