Change of Ownership (Sellers only)

Have you sold your car, bike, boat or quad? Don’t rely on the new owner registering it into their name. Allow Qing Services to do a Change of Ownership notification (NCO) for you and avoid any possibility of receiving traffic fines that don’t actually belong to you.

This service is specifically applicable to sellers only.

There is no additional licence department fees applicable to this transaction.

After completing the online form below you will be presented with a quote. Should the quote be accepted, various payment methods will be presented. These include:

Documentation and information required

If seller and owner are South African citizens or residents, a scanned copy of both party’s ID document, a valid SA Passport or SA Drivers Licence is required. ( From both parties )
If foreign, a scanned copy of a Traffic Register Certificate is required
