Our refund policy is plain and simple. If we CAN'T deliver the required service we will refund your money under the following conditions.

  • Electronic transfers and cash deposits will be refunded immediately in full.
  • Cheque deposits will be refunded pending the clearance of the cheque.
  • Credit Card payments are refundable Less the 5% merchant fee.
